Hormonal shifts, plus everything my skin has been dealing with recently, have meant my nails have been so inconsistent.

20½lb down… but the change in my face is what really got me 👀

I found this video from April and honestly… WOW.

You can see such a difference in my face — less puffiness, less inflammation and just a completely different look.

This hasn’t been an overnight transformation or an easy weight-loss journey. Hormonal weight has been HARD to shift, and it’s taken a lot of consistency, patience and hard work.

But this is why I love a before & after. Sometimes you don’t see your own progress when you’re looking at yourself every day.
