What products do you still need for your skin? Rainforest Dew continues to be one of my favourite products and is great for all round hydration of the skin without feeling heavy.

Quick comparison guide for Tropics Sun Day and Skin Shade.

Even if you don't leave the house 😀 it is highly recommended you wear sun screen on a daily basis.

Think about the blue light emitted from digital screens such as your computer, phone, iPad and TV. Blue light increases the production of melanin or pigmentation in the skin which can lead to age spots. It can also create free radicals that cause inflammation and lead to the breakdown of collagen and elastic tissue in the skin.

I have incorporated Sun Day into my daily routine as I spend around 12 hours each day in front of a computer screen.
