💚 Reflexology helps induce deep relaxation to mind and body. The treatment can strengthen the immune system, help prevent further illness and breathe life back into your body, making you feel balanced, positive and have more energy.

💚 Whilst cocooned in a fleecy blanket, your feet will be exfoliated and massaged with cream before reflexology is carried out. After this each foot is wrapped in a luxury mask and is removed at end with hot cloths.
