People are very busy these days but I can teach you techniques that will give you good quality time with your baby to create a loving bond and provide many health benefits and fun too! A bit about me.... I have a degree in psychology which has given me a background knowledge of child developmental psychology and the importance of good attatchment. Baby Massage is fantastic for positive attatchment and for healthy development of the body and brain. I had been a teacher for 5 years and have mainly taught infants. I also have 3 of my own amazing boys. I have recently completed a Masters in Counselling and now work as a school counsellor. I am a fully qualified Baby Massage instructor (QIMT). I love working with children. I want to encourage the social side of getting out and meeting other parents and babies just as much as the health and wellbeing of Baby Massage. I am also qualified as a baby yoga teacher (BYT) and Rhythm Kids/Babies and Baby Sign Teacher. Yoga classes are for parent and baby and has many health benefits similar to that of massage and is great fun to do with your baby too. Rhythm Babies takes yoga movements to a more dynamic level with lots of singing and rhytms. Research shows that repetition of song and rhyme help brain development and communication skills.
