Sunday classes cycle through gentle hatha yoga, myofacial release, yin, myoyin and restorative yoga. Always slow movement working deep into the body stillness to allow for integration. Allowing yourself space connect, select and feel what is going on with you. A perfect antidote to busy lives.

You won't regret it!
Qigong is such a wonderful practice you don't need to be "fit" or "flexible". You are in control, want it to be gentle...move gently. Want something a little more active...same movements, change of intention, energy flow is stronger and movements can be larger. Need a seat? Same practice seated is just as effective with some small modifications.
No props, no mat, no special clothing needed. Just turn up as you are.πŸ˜€β˜―οΈ
