Blind cords can pose a serious risk of strangulation.

If you a have blinds fitted at home, a few simple steps can help keep babies and young children safe:
βœ… Check all blinds and secure any cords or chains with a safety device
βœ… Use cord/chain tidies, P‑clips, tensioners or cleats
βœ… Keep cots, beds, high chairs and playpens away from blinds
βœ… Avoid placing furniture near blinds β€” as children love to climb.
