I just wanted to say thank you to whoever nominated us under the best salon category. It is very much appreciated. Our aim is always to provide the best service possible and to see that is recognised is a great feeling.
We won’t be entering the competition as it doesn’t quite feel right to pay to enter. I feel these are often a popularity contest and just because someone is more popular it doesn’t necessarily mean they provide the better service and I just think we don’t need to be pitting salons against each other. Also I would much rather put the money directly back into the business, whether it be new equipment, continuing to develop our skills or new treatments (of which I have a few in mind that we might see later in the year) or just simply spending it on my kids.
However if you are someone who would have went and voted for us we would love if you could leave us a review on our Google business page or page. We have had a bit of a nightmare with our Google business page but it should be up and running properly now 🤞🏻 These reviews on our pages can help new clients find us and we always love to hear your feedback. In the salon we find that most of our new clients come from word of mouth and that leaves us with the confidence that we are doing something right. I’m not always the best at advertising on social media, between having two toddlers, a house to run, trying to get fit, running a business and many other things in between, with social media being a full time job in itself I do fall behind on this quite a bit. A huge thank you to any who recommend us, it doesn’t go unnoticed. We really do have the best clients and are so grateful to every single one of you
