We can help you get the right care, in the right place.

☎️ Call 111 when:
• You feel unwell and need urgent advice, but it’s NOT life-threatening
• You think you might need A&E, but it isn’t an emergency
• You need help and your GP, pharmacy or dentist is closed
• You’re experiencing mental health distress and need support

When you call, a trained team will assess your symptoms and make sure you get the right help. That could be advice, a call from another clinician, or being directed to a local service.

REMEMBER:

Some GP practices are taking part in a Protected Learning Time session on Thursday 25 June between 1pm and 6pm.

Practices take part in a number of sessions throughout the year to allow staff to access training. During this time:
