I've been delivering Relax Kids for over 7 years now in schools, community groups and in 1-1 sessions.
I'm now delighted to offer this local community class.
It will be a fun, nurturing experience where children learn simple skills to help them navigate our busy world. Through games, movement, breathing, relaxation, mindfulness and positive activities, children develop confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing — all in a relaxed, child-friendly environment.

Children are welcome to bring their favourite blanket and teddy and enjoy some special time to slow down, relax and simply be themselves.
