A Female Pelvic Ultrasound can provide valuable information about your reproductive and pelvic health. 💗

At Ultrasound Imaging N.I., our detailed female pelvic scan assesses the uterus, endometrium, adnexa and ovaries, looking for conditions such as ovarian cysts, fibroids and other pelvic abnormalities.

Your examination may include both a transabdominal scan, performed over the tummy with a full bladder, and a transvaginal scan, which allows us to get a closer and more detailed look at the pelvic structures where appropriate.

You may consider a pelvic ultrasound if you are experiencing symptoms such as pelvic pain, irregular or heavy bleeding, bloating, changes to your periods or other pelvic concerns.
