Sometimes the hardest decisions are the ones that lead us exactly where we're meant to be.
After 15 incredible years of teaching, I have made the difficult decision to step away from Coalisland Training Centre.
This wasn't a decision I made lightly. Teaching has given me so many wonderful memories, lifelong friendships and the privilege of meeting and supporting so many amazing people over the years. I will always be grateful for that chapter of my life.
Over the past few years, my salon has grown in ways I could only have dreamed of. As Beauty Blossoms and Spinal Flow continued to flourish, I found myself trying to give everything to everyone. I was teaching, running the salon, studying, and supporting clients, but somewhere along the way I realised I had forgotten to leave space to simply breathe.
One of the greatest lessons I've learned over the past year is that sometimes we have to let go of something we love to make room for where our heart is calling us next.
From now on, my full focus will be on my clients, helping people heal through Spinal Flow and the therapies I am so passionate about. It feels both scary and exciting, but deep down I know it's the right decision.
To everyone at Coalisland Training Centre, thank you for welcoming me, believing in me, and for 15 years of laughter, support and memories that I will always treasure.
And to every one of my clients—thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. Your support has made this dream possible, and I can't wait to see what this next chapter brings.
