There are many ways to stay hydrated, eating water and mineral rich fruits and vegetables can contribute to your intake. The water content is absorbed at a cellular level as well as providing nutrients for your cells!

Top Hydrating Foods
Fruits
These are rich in water, potassium, antioxidants, and natural sugars that assist fluid absorption.
* Watermelon — around 90–92% water, rich in lycopene and potassium
* Cucumber — extremely high water content with silica and potassium
* Strawberry — vitamin C and antioxidant support
* Orange — provides potassium and vitamin C
* Grapefruit — refreshing and mineral-rich
