Here's what you need to know to help you make an informed decision about investing in aesthetic treatments:
1) Filler is no substitute for a face lift. If you have severe skin laxity and sagging, filler won't cut it. It's a great tool, not a miracle, and you will be underwhelmed by the results, or worse - over-filled!
2) If you want to truly transform your skin and signs of aging, you will need to commit to regular treatments. No one treatment is going to take 10 years off you. The best results come from being consistent, with a multi modal approach.
3) You come to clinic maybe every month, at most. What you do every single day at home matters just as much as what we do in clinic. Prioritising good quality, research backed skin products, and then using them daily is going to mean your skin is in optimal condition, and any treatments we do are going to look so much more polished.
4) At the end if the day, I'm sticking sharp needles, and foreign objects into your face. There is a lot that can go wrong. This is why it's so important that you are fully informed of all the risks before you go ahead. And that you are treated by someone who is equipped to deal with any potential issues (preferably a prescriber)
