🌿 The 7-Chakra Journey returns this autumn…

There’s something rather lovely about returning to this journey each autumn.

Beginning on 6th October, we’ll travel together from Root to Crown through seven live online sound baths, moving with the changing season towards the Winter Solstice.

Beginning with Root — Grounding, we’ll journey through creativity, power, love, expression and intuition, before arriving at Crown — Connection at the Winter Solstice.

You’re very welcome to join me for the complete journey, or simply come along to individual gatherings that call to you.

And if you join the complete journey, it doesn’t matter if you can’t make every gathering — you’ll receive all seven recordings to keep, along with access to all the remaining live online sessions. You can also join the journey after we’ve begun and receive the recordings of any sessions you’ve missed.

🌿 **The Listening Earth — SOLD OUT** 🌿

Well, this has made my Friday morning rather lovely. 💚

I sent September's Sound-Well newsletter out into the world this morning… and one of its readers has just booked the final place for **The Listening Earth**, our Equinox Retreat at Bossington Chapel on Saturday 19th September.

And so, two weeks before we gather, **the circle of 8 is now complete.** 🌾

Thank you to everyone who has chosen to spend this day with me. I am so looking forward to welcoming you to this beautiful little chapel at the turning of the season — to listen, gather, share, sound, feast and simply be together.

There are still ways to join us over the Equinox weekend, with **Receive**, our Friday evening Sound Bath, and **Listen & Offer** on Sunday afternoon — an invitation into story, prayer flags and gong.

But today, I'm simply celebrating.

COLOMBIA, WE HOLD YOU 💚🌎

Today, people across the world are being invited to come together in a shared space of prayer, meditation, healing and collective intention for Colombia and the communities affected by the recent earthquake.

There are times when we may feel there is little we can do from afar. And yet we can offer our attention. We can offer our presence. We can gather together and hold another part of our human family in love.

The gathering takes place online today, Sunday 16 August at 5.11pm UK time, and is free to join.

Come for the whole gathering, or simply for as long as you are able.

May our prayers become part of a wider field of love, healing and support. 🙏💚

🌑 New Moon Blessings 🌑

Today’s New Moon invites us home.

Not only to the places in which we live, but to the deeper places of belonging within ourselves.

At times when the world feels uncertain, there can be wisdom in drawing a little closer to what nourishes us — to the people we love, to the earth beneath our feet, to the quiet rhythms and simple things that help us remember where we are.

The symbol of Cancer is the crab, reminding us that the journey does not always carry us directly forwards.

Sometimes we move sideways.

Sometimes we rest.

Sometimes what appears to be a pause is simply Life asking us to listen more deeply before taking the next step.

This New Moon offers an opportunity to notice what helps us feel safe, supported and connected. To honour how far we have already travelled. To listen a little less to the inner critic, and a little more closely to the quieter voice of intuition.

And perhaps, rather than asking *Where should I be going?*, we might simply ask:

*What would nourish me now?*

Tomorrow evening, beneath the dark skies of the New Moon, a group of us will gather in the beautiful Dunster Tithe Barn for an evening of rest, stillness and healing sound.

There are still a few spaces remaining for anyone who feels drawn to join us. 💚

Tomorrow I'm heading back to beautiful Hartland for two Summer Sound Baths.

I never quite know who will gather, and that's part of the mystery I love. Each circle is different, each one exactly as it needs to be.
