Recognition of Excellence Award ⭐️

This award is in memory of one of our managing directors Malcolm Craddock who sadly passed away in March this year.

This award for Carer of the year has been given to Sandra Matambo! 🏆🩵

Sandra constantly goes above and beyond for her service users and nothing is too much trouble for her.
Sandra doesnt just treat it as a job, she genuinely cares about the service users and the care she provides.
She is always following polices and procedures and always willing to help out.
This shines through in everything she does
A massive well done 👏🩵
