vegetable skin can not digest if you don’t chew it. Sweetcorn is just easier to see because it’s yellow.
The skin on all vegetables and fruit, protects the produce from the environment very cleverly, so the environment of the gut is no different if you don’t chew it, it comes out the way it went in.

Yes I completely agree, sweetcorn is a clever way to check your transit time as long as nothing else upsets the ‘test’ There’s so many variables to consider when looking at transit time.
