💙Happy Volunteer Week💙

This week, we want to say a huge thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who generously give their time to help lead our activities.

Our programmes help so many people get active, build confidence, make new friends, and feel part of their community. None of this would be possible without the dedication, enthusiasm and commitment of our volunteers.

Your support makes a real difference every single week and we are so grateful for everything you do.

Thank you for inspiring others, creating opportunities in your local communities and helping make a positive impact on peoples everyday lives. 🌟

We Move Together: Carers Week Wellbeing Walks 🚶☕

As part of Carers Week, we’re working with Durham County Carers Support to offer a series of free wellbeing walks for carers across County Durham.

These relaxed walks are a chance to get outside, get moving, and spend time with others who understand the day-to-day challenges caring can bring.

Each walk lasts around 60 minutes, followed by tea or coffee and the chance to chat with support staff.

If walking isn’t for you, you’re still welcome to drop in afterwards for a chat.
