One of the biggest reasons I wanted to lose weight wasn’t just about a number on the scales… it was about life. ❤️

Today I’m off to soft play with my grandchildren, and being 3½ stone lighter means I can actually climb around, play, run about and enjoy those precious moments with them. 🥰

I want to be able to make memories with my grandchildren without feeling like my weight is holding me back. To have the energy to join in, laugh with them and say “yes, let’s go!” instead of sitting on the sidelines.

That’s what my journey has given me — more freedom, more confidence and more moments I might otherwise have missed. 💪✨

After trying lots of different diets in the past, Donna wanted to find something that worked alongside real life. Through making manageable changes and getting support along the way, she lost an incredible 6st 2½lbs 🙌.

What I love most about her story isn't only the number on the scales. It's everything that came with it. Donna talks about feeling healthier, becoming fitter and enjoying a whole new lease of life. She now loves being active and spending quality time running around with her grandchildren ❤️.

Summer can sometimes feel like a time when routines go out of the window ☀️❤️. Between holidays, meals out, BBQs and busy weekends, it can feel harder to stay focused.

A few things that really help me are:

Planning ahead where I can
Keeping easy meal ideas available
Avoiding skipping meals
Enjoying occasions without guilt
Remembering that one meal never ruins progress if you stay on track

Healthy habits aren't about being perfect, they're about finding something that works in real life 🙌.

Okay I need your honest opinions on this one 👀
I LOVE a slushy… 🍋❄️ and I keep seeing this Ninja SLUSHi everywhere and now I’m seriously tempted 😅
But realistically… would I use it enough to justify the cost?🙈

Do I start saving and treat myself … or talk myself out of it? 😂
