This policy helps keep things fair for everyone. It covers situations where products have been purchased specifically for your treatment and allows us the opportunity to offer cancelled appointments to clients on the waiting list.

Of course, life happens, and there will be occasions when 48 hours’ notice isn’t possible. Where we can, we’ll always try to be understanding and flexible.
