🧠Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

The Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 11–17 May 2026 and this year’s theme is “Every action counts – for yourself, for someone else, for all of us.” 🫂

❤️ Life is full of challenges, and good mental health is not a constant. But when we all take action to support mental health at home, in school, and at work, we help remove the barriers that hold people back.

🗣️ Join us this year in speaking up about experiencing and managing stress, depression, anxiety, and a variety of other mental health conditions. This week, take an extra minute to reflect on mental health, spark conversations, and support those experiencing mental health challenges.
