Please don’t forget *all* IISA events need a medical regardless of distance.
CSA medicals are possible too in the Nov / Dec clinics but unfortunately CS&PF have to be done in the calendar year of the swim.

*UPDATE* - now sorted! Thanks everyone for your tags and ideas!

Still trying to find a venue for the Cardiff clinic - the leads came to nothing so far. I do have the option of my friend’s front room but if anyone knows of anywhere suitable (leisure centre 1st aid room?… just need couch / sofa and electric!) please let me know. Diolch yn fawr!
