September is the perfect time to start investing in your skin 🤍

After summer, skin can often feel a little dry, dull and dehydrated, with pigmentation and uneven texture looking more noticeable. As we head into autumn and have less sun exposure, it’s a great time to get back into treatments that focus on skin health and collagen.

Microneedling is one of my absolute favourites because it works by stimulating your skin’s natural repair response, helping to improve collagen production, texture, fine lines, pores and overall skin quality.

And while one treatment is lovely, I’m a big believer in a course of 4. Skin changes take time, so regular treatments allow us to build on the results each time rather than expecting everything from one appointment.

✨ A little something I’ve been so excited to share… ✨

Stick with me 👇🏻 I promise you it’s something you are going to want.

Skin has become such a huge part of what I love doing in clinic, and being able to take that even further with laser and IPL treatments is something I’ve wanted to do for such a long time. So I’m absolutely chuffed to be joining The Skin Welfare Clinic to hold dedicated laser clinics and help support patients with their skin journeys 🤍

And the best bit… I’ll be working with a Lynton laser system 🙌🏼

What I love about this system is that it isn’t just one laser doing one thing. It combines different technologies and wavelengths, meaning treatments can be tailored depending on what we’re actually trying to improve:

✨ ReBright 585 – more targeted treatment for redness and vascular concerns

Whether it’s pigmentation, redness, vessels, acne, ageing, texture or simply wanting healthier, fresher-looking skin, we now have even more options to work with.

This is something I’ve wanted to add to my skin work for a LONG time, so to be able to do it with such a fantastic piece of kit, alongside Donna at The Skin Welfare Clinic, feels pretty mega 🥹🤍

You won’t believe it but…

It’s time to start thinking about your Christmas appointments. 👀

I’m not necessarily telling you to book your December appointment right now… but if you want to be on track with your treatment plan and have your treatment around Christmas, you may need an appointment before Christmas too.

I know. Summer isn’t even over, the kids haven’t gone back to school yet, we’ve still got Halloween to get through and the sun is actually shining.

BUT, Christmas appointments get booked up FAST, and I really don’t want anyone to be disappointed. 📅

I mean, you can’t get better than this 🥲

Having a patient tell you she feels confident when she looks in the mirror now, honestly, it’s the best feeling.

For me, aesthetics has always been about building confidence, creating natural results, enhancing the features you already have and helping you feel like the best version of yourself.

Because in the world of social media we live in, it’s so easy to look at someone else and think, “I want to look like that.”

But what we see online isn’t always reality. Filters, angles, lighting and editing can completely change how someone looks, and sometimes, even the person you’re comparing yourself to doesn’t look like that in real life.

You don’t need to look like someone else. You just need to feel confident looking like you. 🤍
