Yoga 4 men - Breaking down the stereotypes!
This class is for you - Guys only! Get flexible, gain strength, improve your existing workout regime. Yoga is a complimentary workout to your gym workout. If you are lifting weights, maybe suffering from back ache, lacking in flexibility then yoga is a great complimentary workout to support you in the gym. This is a yoga class for you guys only, in a space you can be yourself. We are in full flow with 7 guys attending every week on Tuesday's at 7pm. I have just had to extend the studio space Chequer Mead to accommodate the requests coming in daily. With only 5 spaces left, do you have the courage to come and try yoga and literally change your life! DO YOGA TODAY!

I felt inspired to write a poem a few weeks ago. I feel it is now most fitting as a reminder to all of us as a human race to simply "remember" that "we all the same" and to" love each other". This is dedicated to the family and friends of George Floyd and all of those suffering in communities around the world.
