After a very busy summer getting all of your feet holiday-ready, it’s finally time for my own!

I’ll be back in clinic from 15th September, ready for all the exciting changes ahead.

A few times a week I’ll hear, “Why would you want to do this job and deal with feet all day?” or “Couldnae be me doing your job!”

My answer is always the same — it’s actually a really satisfying job!

So many of my patients walk out feeling instant relief after their treatment, and being able to make that difference for someone makes it more than worth it for me 😌

And honestly, feet really aren’t that bad! They’re just another part of the body that deserves regular care and attention 👣

After a summer of getting all of your feet ready for your holidays, two weeks today I’ll be heading off on mine! ☀️✈️

I’ll be out of office from 5th September and back in clinic on 15th September. Online booking will still be available.

I’m looking forward to properly switching off, recharging and coming back refreshed — ready to give my patients the best of me and get stuck into a very exciting few weeks ahead before the big clinic move in October!

If you’re due an appointment or have something you’d like sorted before I go, make sure to get booked in before then — appointments are already filling up! 👣

It’s happeningggg 🙌🏻

This may not look like much… but trust me, this is a BIG step in the new clinic renovations 🙌🏼

After lots of planning, measuring, meetings and decisions, the ventilation is finally in and the new ceiling is starting to take shape!

Hopefully in 6/7 weeks I’ll be standing in this exact spot taking a slightly more glamorous photo 😂🤞🏼

But for now… just look at my lovely new pipes 😍😂

Never thought I’d reach a stage in life where ducting would make me this happy.

“ I’ll just paint over it…”

I hear this ALL the time 👀

The problem is, nail polish only hides fungal nails — it doesn’t treat the infection underneath.

And not every thickened or discoloured nail is actually fungal.

That’s why I offer in-house fungal nail testing to help determine what’s really going on before starting treatment

If your nails are:
• yellow
• thickened
• crumbly
• lifting
• discoloured

…it’s worth getting them checked properly.

The Lacuna Method works by creating tiny microchannels within the nail, allowing antifungal solution to reach where it actually needs to be — beneath the nail plate.

A before & after that’s too good not to share ✨

This lovely patient had been putting off getting help with her cracked heels for years because she felt embarrassed by them. Then she found me!

Please never let embarrassment stop you from seeing a podiatrist. I can promise you, I have seen it all! There’s no judgement here, just happy feet. 👣

At this appointment, I carefully reduced the build-up of hard callus around the heels, helping to improve the cracks and leaving the skin feeling much smoother and more comfortable.

And what a difference after just one session! 🙌🏻
