WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK PLEASE🙏
It's that dreaded time of the year again where self employed people have to do their end of year!
We've always stayed loyal to our trusted brands as we know they work well, we get amazing results with them and for us things like nail health & ingredients are very important but with these brands comes a high price tag!
After working out our end of year accounts we are again faced with the reality of working for under the minimum wage! (this isn't something new its been happening over many years and is the reality of the beauty industry unfortunately.)
Going forward we wanted to know what's important to you our loyal clients! Would you prefure us to use other brands that are more cost effective for us to buy but results could differ or would you prefer us to keep the same high standards of products but our prices to increase to reflect that?
We always try our hardest to make sure we are affordable but the reality is we've got families to look after ourselves and with constant raising costs each year on our rent, bills and products its not feasible to stay how we are! Unfortunately we are unlike hair dressing salons that are able to do other clients in-between colours ect to boost their salary's. In our industry we need to be with our clients on a 1 to 1 basis for all of our treatments meaning we haven't got that as an option to help us either.
