✨ What an absolute delight it has been to walk these beautiful ladies through their Level 1 Reiki journey over the past two days. ✨

They’ve learnt about the history and principles of Reiki, explored the chakras, discovered how to work with energy, connected with their guides, and most importantly, begun connecting deeply with their own healing journey. 💫

What an amazing process this has been. Watching you grow, learn, open up and connect has been truly beautiful.

✨ GIFTS FROM THE UNIVERSE ✨

Today, I want you to look out for the GLIMMERS. 💫

We often hear so much about triggers — the things that upset us, activate us, frustrate us or pull us into old patterns.

But glimmers are their beautiful opposite. 🌸

Glimmers are those tiny, unexpected moments that make you smile for no particular reason. The song that comes on at exactly the right moment. A beautiful sunset. A stranger’s kindness. A bird appearing at just the right time. A message from someone you love. A moment of laughter that fills your whole body.

Those little moments that make your heart sing and remind you how beautiful it is to be alive. ✨

So today, instead of searching for what’s going wrong, try looking for what’s going RIGHT.

Notice the little gifts.
Notice the signs.
Notice the moments that make you smile.
Notice the things that bring warmth into your heart.

Because what we focus on, we notice more of. 💗

So let’s stop giving all our attention to the triggers and start making space for the glimmers.
