New Menu, New Me Alert!
I’ve been very quiet lately but I have been busy battling cancer 💥💪
I have now finished chemotherapy and recovering from a mastectomy; but beginning to feel my energy levels increase and a reduction from the usual 3 hospital visits a week, means I am ready to start prepping again to full capacity!
I remained cooking for a number of my existing and long standing loyal customers throughout treatment, and I would like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart for sticking with me and supporting me through this difficult period. It ensured that I didn’t have to lose my business and could maintain some form of income as a single parent. I am eternally grateful to you all, who are customers as well as friends.
Going forward I will be posting my menu weekly and taking orders on a first come first serve basis. Orders must be placed by the end of day Friday for delivery on a Sunday.
I have eaten these meals throughout my cancer treatment and despite having poison pumped into my veins and parts of my body cut away I have maintained a high level of fitness and barely lost any muscle mass. Proving that 80% is made in the kitchen!
