What a weekend ! Still buzzing!

The speed is unbelievable, but what really stood out was the amount of work, discipline and preparation that goes into getting there in the first place.

A good reminder that the best results, whether it’s on a bike or in the gym, it doesn’t happen overnight.

Now it’s back to reality and back to coaching.

Why?

Because they just want to stay consistent without anyone’s opinion or judgement 💪

And I FULLY understand❤️

Also……..I didn’t become a PT overnight,

I’ve studied for 3 & half years, (and still studying Level 4)

Training consistently for 7 years (still training)

Spinning for 11 years (still spinning 😅🙌)

Because I worked in silence for the exact same reasons!

We’d LOVE to think we’ve got each others backs, but people are very quick to have an opinion.

So if you want to train with me in silence, that’s fine with me 💪

I’ll not tell 🤫

A lot of people get this one wrong 👀

The first part of the lat pulldown isn’t just about pulling the bar down with your arms.

You need to engage your lats first — think shoulders down, chest lifted, then drive the elbows down towards your sides.

I see so many people trying to muscle the weight with their arms instead of actually using their back.

One of the hardest exercises to teach properly… but once you master it, it’s one of the best upper body exercises you can do 💪
