I often see people get frustrated with their progress.

In a world so go go go, sometimes you need to do less, not more.

If I get a client comes to me with the goal of being more mobile and reducing tightness, the first thing I look at is how busy their life is, how active they are.
Those with crazy busy lifestyles don’t need me to throw more stress at the body.
A better way of reaching their goals is actually to slow down.

Most people don’t realise how much they compensate… because it feels normal 👀

Your body will always find a way to complete the movement — even if that means shifting, using momentum, avoiding certain ranges, or letting one side do more of the work.

That’s exactly why working with someone who can actually spot those patterns matters.

Because it’s one thing to know you’re compensating.
It’s another to be corrected, challenged, and actually get your body working in a better position.

This isn’t about moving perfectly. It’s about moving better.

When something feels off with running, the instinct is often: practice makes perfect… I should probably just run more.

But if your body is compensating, lacking control, relying more on one side, or moving around imbalances… more running just means repeating that pattern over and over.

Running is repetitive. That’s exactly why movement quality matters.

This isn’t about moving perfectly. It’s about moving better, so you can perform better too.

Sometimes the answer isn’t more running.�It’s better movement outside of running.

That’s exactly where Pilates comes in.

Join us for a fun, sassy Pilates class designed to help you build strength, boost your confidence, and step into your summer energy.

This 75-minute session will begin by reconnecting with the Pilates foundations — focusing on alignment, breath, pelvic floor, and deep core activation — allowing you to engage the body fully and move with control and intention from the very start.

From here, we’ll move through controlled, strength-focused Pilates sequences, working to build strength, support, and lengthen the body. Expect a combination of core work, glute activation, and full-body exercises, with mobility woven throughout to help you move with more freedom, ease, and confidence.

As the class progresses, we’ll gradually build warmth from within — maintaining a mindful pace while exploring strength in a way that feels strong, supported, and empowering.

To close the session, we’ll take a few moments to pause and reconnect — helping you leave feeling strong, grounded, and confident in your body.

Think sunshine, good energy, and moving your body in a way that feels powerful, playful, and unapologetically you. Our Hot Girl Summer playlist will set the tone, featuring iconic throwback favourites from artists such as The Pussycat Dolls, Gwen Stefani, Girls Aloud, Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Nelly Furtado — bringing the perfect mix of confidence, nostalgia, and feel-good summer energy to the class.

To make the experience even better, there’s an optional coffee or juice stop afterwards at one of the lovely cafés in Little Chelsea — a chance to soak up the sunshine and connect with your Pilates community.

This class is an invitation to embrace your strength, move with confidence, and step into your Hot Girl Summer era — your way.
