Join us for a fun, sassy Pilates class designed to help you build strength, boost your confidence, and step into your summer energy.
This 75-minute session will begin by reconnecting with the Pilates foundations â focusing on alignment, breath, pelvic floor, and deep core activation â allowing you to engage the body fully and move with control and intention from the very start.
From here, weâll move through controlled, strength-focused Pilates sequences, working to build strength, support, and lengthen the body. Expect a combination of core work, glute activation, and full-body exercises, with mobility woven throughout to help you move with more freedom, ease, and confidence.
As the class progresses, weâll gradually build warmth from within â maintaining a mindful pace while exploring strength in a way that feels strong, supported, and empowering.
To close the session, weâll take a few moments to pause and reconnect â helping you leave feeling strong, grounded, and confident in your body.

To make the experience even better, thereâs an optional coffee or juice stop afterwards at one of the lovely cafĂŠs in Little Chelsea â a chance to soak up the sunshine and connect with your Pilates community.
