I'm trying out my new Purestep barefoot trainers today... 👣

In Pilates, everything starts with how we connect to the ground. When your foot can move, bend, and spread naturally, your ankles, knees, hips, and core all function better. Anything that effects your feet travels up the chain! ⬆️

3 reasons to give your feet more freedom:
