3 Tips For Beginners ⬇️

1️⃣ Start lighter than you think

We might feel capable of more weight & intensity, but our body needs time to adapt first

2️⃣ Avoid high impact exercises at the start

Strength based movements with a controlled pace is a great place to start. Get your muscles and connective tissue strong BEFORE high impact

3️⃣ Focus on consistency first

Being able to turn up again and again is the key to progression. Become consistent first, up the intensity later!

Everyone has been tracking one exercise specific to their goals and the results have been crazy!

Some had never really been to the gym before joining us 😱

You don’t need any previous experience here to make progress ✅

Amazing effort from these guys and everyone else who has been smashing it consistently, turning up on days when they don’t really feel like it.

Helen has absolutely smashed it since joining!

From not doing much at all…

To training consistently 3x per week!

She’s now getting so much stronger, loads more confidence and loving lifting weights.

It’s amazing to see her progress, well done!!

It’s always amazing to meet someone who’s overcome so much and is still striving to do more!

Definitely an inspiration to me and will be to many others.
