If we haven’t met yet, I’m Sean — a physiotherapist specialising in MSK rehabilitation, helping people get back to doing the things they love.

I’m excited to announce that Aquatic Physiotherapy is coming to Hastings! 🏊‍♂️

I’m currently setting up a new aquatic physiotherapy clinic, providing personalised rehabilitation in the water for people who may find traditional land-based exercise painful, difficult or limiting.

Aquatic physiotherapy can be particularly useful for those recovering from surgery, living with persistent joint or back pain, arthritis, hypermobility or rheumatological conditions — helping you move with less pain, build strength and regain confidence.

Do you have pain on the side of your hip?

Does it hurt when you:
• Lie on that side
• Cross your legs
• Walk uphill
• Go upstairs

That deep, nagging side-of-hip pain is extremely common — especially in runners, gym-goers and busy professionals on their feet all day.

The mistake?
Stretching it. Resting it. Hoping it goes away.

Most of the time, it needs the right loading approach — not just time off.
