I have had many requests for some of my guilt free sweet treat energy ball snack recipes. Perfect if you have a busy work schedule in the diary for a quick pick me up without the guilt.

Banana bread energy balls are an easy, healthy snack that taste like your favorite banana bread ...

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/3 cup maple syrup

Blend together and roll into balls.
Best to keep refrigerated and will stay fresh for up to 7/8 days. 💚💫😋

My home grown beet crisps 😍

Having healthy snacks on hand can be a big help during the holidays.

Here is a simple recipe if you fancy a healthier bowl of crisps!

4 medium beets, rinsed and scrubbed
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 sprigs fresh thyme

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Peel the beets and thinly slice. Place into a large bowl and toss with the olive oil. Transfer to two rimmed baking sheets in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Chop up the rosemary and thyme and sprinkle over the beets. Bake for 14-18 minutes, until slightly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool. Chips will become crispier as they cool.

Preparation is well under way for this weekend’s event at Noubalm Pacific Road. ✨

The Relaxed Mama Club is holding another one of her beautiful Mama Retreat days.

I feel honoured to have been asked to make a Tomato & Basil Soup for one of her Mama’s as she can only have fluids.

She is in for a real treat as this yummy dish is packed full of home grown organic goodness from our allotment.

How can something so healthy taste so amazingly good 😋Hand picked, washed, cooked, simmered and blitzed! Job done.
