I love working with beautiful Souls . In my wellbeing job I get to meet Women, Men and Children that are all on a journey for themselves. Helping to bring Joy, Fun & practical ways through movement or workshops I have reached a great community where together we can make a difference. EMPOWER, GROW, THRIVE it's all Fullfilling when you find your Tribe !

Great sunday afternoon. Thank you to all who came to the yearly Wreath Workshop and to Nicola Goodwyn GoodWreaths for helping to host for the 4th year running .

We raised money for an amazing charity that's close to my ❤️. Remembering all our past loved ones ,friends and family as we lead into this time of year .

Money raised will be go into the big give challenge and help support families who need love, care, assistance whilst going through hard times.

Thank you Mountbatten Hampshire for being the light in people's lives, when they need it most 🙏
