📣 MICROSUCTION EAR WAX REMOVAL NOW AVAILABLE! 👂✨

Wondering what happens during your appointment? Here’s what you can expect:

🔍 We start with an ear examination
Using our Tympa® system, we’ll carefully examine your ears and take clear photos and videos of your ear canals. We can show you exactly what we can see and explain our findings.

💬 We talk you through the next steps
Before anything is removed, we’ll explain what we’ve found, whether wax removal is appropriate and what will happen during the procedure.

✨ Microsuction ear wax removal
If suitable, we’ll use microsuction to carefully remove the ear wax while continuously monitoring the ear.

📸 See the difference for yourself
Once treatment is complete, we’ll examine your ears again and take further photos and videos, allowing you to see your before and after results.

🎧 Basic hearing check
Where appropriate and if you’re eligible, we can finish your appointment with a basic hearing check to give you an indication of your hearing health.

If we spot something that needs further investigation, the Tympa® system also allows us to seek specialist advice and arrange onward referral when appropriate.

Who should have the flu vaccine?
The flu vaccine is recommended for people at higher risk of getting seriously ill from flu.

It's offered on the NHS every year in autumn or winter.

You can get the free NHS flu vaccine if you:

are aged 65 or over (including those who will be 65 by 31 March 2027)
are aged 18 to 64 and have certain long-term health conditions
are pregnant
live in a care home
are the main carer for an older or disabled person, or receive a carer's allowance
live with someone who has a weakened immune system
are experiencing homelessness or staying in a homeless hostel or night shelter

We’re very excited to announce that our earwax removal service is officially back and we’ve added something new too! 🎉

Alongside professional earwax removal using safe and gentle microsuction, we can now offer hearing checks to help you keep on top of your hearing health.

🤔 Not sure whether earwax is actually the problem?
No problem! We also offer ear examinations, so we can take a look inside your ears and advise you on the next steps.

HIRING - Medicine Counter Assistants

Start date: ASAP
Rate £12.71 - £13.50

Position 1: Fridays 8:30am-7pm
Position 2: Thursdays and Fridays 8:30am - 1:30pm

Main Duties:
-Serving customers at the pharmacy counter
- Organising shelves and restocking medicines
- Handling payments and keeping records
- Answering simple customer questions and directing medical questions to the pharmacist

Experience:
- No experience required, but retail experience preferred.
