Birthing a drum turns out to be one of my favourite things I’ve done recently. I loved the experience of the making but also the honouring of all the parts of the drum, deer, bee, hare, sheep, goat and the ash and hazel trees. The physical parts combined with the creative and spiritual was very special!

Changing things up a little bit, which means that I will be seeing all 1-2-1’s at this wonderful new healing space at Monton Unitarian Church hall from now on. Same energy, same healing, same me just a new space 😁

More to follow soon just need to catch my breath first 😅

Last weekend I took myself to the Golden Gong Gathering. I spend the weekend with a group of incredible sound healers, gong makers and most of all beautiful people. The weekend was spend fire walking, playing Martin Brase titanium gongs, being part of incredible sound baths, talks and workshops, including Bear playing the spinning 80” golden gong and another highlight was watching and experiencing Mike Tamburo playing the gongs. And then just before I left for the journey back north, an incredible 40” Nepalese singing gong found its way into my van 😁thank you Aleka Powell | Breathwork | Gong | Training
