I've been quiet on here recently due to lack of time as I'm so busy but thought I'd share this. I helped a lady last week with educating her about shoe fitting as you could see her feet are suffering from the affect of poor fitting shoes. I removed her innersole from her everyday work shoe and drew around it on a piece of paper. I then got her to stand on the piece of paper, placed her foot on the image of the innersole and drew around her foot. She couldn't believe how much bigger her foot was compared to the innersole. We're talking at least 15mm in places, mainly the width!!! Her feet are squashed in her work shoes for at least 12 hours a day!! She now understands why she has so many issues with her feet and went shopping for new shoes.
If your innersoles are removable, give it a go.

Some shoes just donβt fit.
Feet are intended to move, flex, propel, stabilise.. and a shoe MUST allow for all of this, not to restrict.
