Our OG Rocket Yoga Immersion is back! Grab the EB πŸš€

Join us for 2 hours of Rocket fun followed by a big group refuel nearby, so keep your afternoon free πŸ™ŒπŸ½

Expect a dynamic Rocket Flow where we build confidence to get upside down, find arm balances, inversions, backbends and all the transitions in between. Two teachers, hands-on assists, and a lot of laughs.

All levels welcome. The only requirement is to embrace the challenge and have fun on the mat, so get ready to laugh, sweat and fly!
