Did you know?🤔

Dolores Cannon’s vision was to have a Quantum Healing Hypnosis practitioner working alongside medical staff in every hospital and medical centre so that physical and spiritual healing could work in synergy.

While conventional medicine focuses primarily on the physical body, there’s another aspect worth exploring…the spiritual body and the deeper consciousness behind our physical experience.

The vision wasn’t to replace medicine, but to work alongside it, looking at the whole person rather than just the physical body alone. Why would you just stop at the physical and not look at anything else?

Spent the day at Kagyu Samye Ling Monastery and Tibetan Centre yesterday with beautiful friends. The sun was out, had a lovely lunch while practicing silence, walked round the beautiful gardens and finished with 45 minutes of afternoon prayers with the monks in the temple.
Founded in 1967, Samye Ling was the first Tibetan Buddhist Centre in the West and its community of monastic and lay practitioners are dedicated to benefiting all beings through the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism.

If you get a chance, I’d recommend it for a day of peace, reflection and spending time in nature. Thanks to Eva for organising 🙏x

Hypnosis isn’t about somebody taking control of your mind.

You don’t suddenly lose your ability to think, choose or respond.

It’s much closer to becoming deeply absorbed, like driving somewhere familiar and suddenly realising you barely remember part of the journey, or becoming so engrossed in something that you stop noticing what’s happening around you.

Your attention has simply shifted.

That’s what we begin to explore in a regression workshop: what becomes available when the busy, analytical mind gets a little quieter and you allow yourself to follow what arises.

People often come to Past Life Regression curious about a particular person, relationship or problem.

And then something completely unexpected comes up. That’s one of the fascinating things about this work.

Rather than deciding beforehand what you should experience, past life regression helps you to become curious about what actually emerges.

A different lifetime.
A symbolic experience.
A forgotten feeling.
A completely different perspective.

Sometimes the interesting question isn’t:
“Was I someone important?”
It’s:
“Why am I experiencing this particular story?”

One of the biggest worries people have before Past Life Regression is:

“What if I can’t see anything?”

But not everyone experiences hypnosis as clear pictures.

Some people see.
Some feel.
Some simply know.
Some experience thoughts, sensations, emotions or impressions.

If you can imagine what your front door looks like, remember how somewhere familiar feels, or become completely absorbed in a book or film, you already know what it’s like for your attention to move away from the immediate world around you.

Regression doesn’t have to look like a movie playing inside your head.

Old beliefs, emotional responses, fears and patterns can influence the choices we make without us full understanding why.
