✨ Are you curious about Shiatsu? Enter the Zen Sanctuary Prize Draw ✨

Thanks to a bursary from the Shiatsu Society UK, I’m able to offer three subsidised introductory Shiatsu treatments at the Zen Sanctuary.

Each winner will receive £25 off their first Shiatsu treatment — an exciting opportunity to experience Shiatsu if you’ve been curious but haven’t yet tried it.

Shiatsu is a deeply calming form of therapeutic bodywork that works through gentle pressure, stretches and mindful touch. It can support relaxation, body awareness and a greater sense of balance — especially during times of stress, fatigue or emotional overwhelm.
Prize: 3 × £25 off introductory Shiatsu treatments
Who can enter: New Shiatsu clients only

We are on a mission to establish Shiatsu as an officially recognised form of therapeutic bodywork and ensure that all members are recognised as essential healthcare workers in the promotion of positive health and wellbeing.

Our L4 Diploma in Shiatsu is the official government recognised Shiatsu qualification.
