In the first half, you’ll explore functional breathing, breath biomechanics, and the connection between your breath and your nervous system. Learn simple, practical techniques to improve relaxation, sleep, focus, and energy levels.
In the second half, you’ll be guided through a restorative breathwork journey to help you relax, reset, and let go.
