We both have over 20 years of clinical experience so you will be in safe hands! Our clinic, based at Merchants Golf Club (Greenbank), is easy to find, accessible and has onsite parking, so it couldn’t be easier! We also work with most major health insurers.

Join Laura for her 60+ Zoom Pilates class on Thursday mornings from 10.30-11.15am.

The class incorporates gentle stretching, strength and balance exercises which are mat based. The class runs on a pay as you go basis allowing you flexibility.
