From overwhelm to calm • back to yourself ✨

07/06/2026

I’ve been thinking about what we actually call an “achievement”… ✨

Because lately people I haven’t seen in a while have been coming back into my life and into my practice, and they’ve been reflecting something really simple back to me.

They say I feel calmer. More relaxed… 🧘‍♀️

And that stayed with me 💜

Because it made me realise… all the quiet work you do on yourself, all the healing nobody sees, all the moments you choose to grow and soften… 🌸

it shows.

Maybe that is the real achievement.

Not what you have.
Not what you show.
But what you become.

So I’m curious…
what’s your biggest achievement in life?

Or the best compliment you’ve ever received that stayed with you?

Today I had the joy of offering a private shamanic session, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude 🙏

It had been a while since I last facilitated this work, and it reminded me how deeply I love holding space through shamanic practice, drum vibration, journeying, and conscious connection.

These sessions are available privately, outside of my regular clinic hours, either in a hired space or in the comfort of your own home, depending on what feels most appropriate 🌹 and totally personalized ✨

For me, shamanic practice is an invitation to reconnect with ourselves, listen more deeply, and explore the wisdom that emerges when we enter an altered state of awareness through rhythm and intention.

Feeling grateful today for the opportunity to share this work again 🧚🏻‍♀️✨

If you feel called to learn more, feel free to get in touch.

Standing on a train platform, watching the tracks disappear into the distance, I can’t help thinking about all the trains we let pass in life.

Opportunities often arrive like trains. Sometimes they stop right in front of us and we only have a few seconds to decide: do we jump on, or do we let them go?

We’re often told to seize every opportunity because life is short. And I agree — there is something beautiful about being brave enough to take a chance. But what if the train you let pass wasn’t actually yours to catch?

What if there was another one further down the line that was a better fit for who you were becoming?

I sometimes wonder how we tell the difference between intuition and impulse. Between a genuine inner knowing and the fear of missing out. Especially when decisions need to be made quickly.

Sometimes we don’t board the train because our nervous system freezes. Sometimes fear holds us back. Sometimes we’re simply not ready for what comes with that opportunity.

And sometimes… we just know.

The opportunities we take shape us, but so do the ones we don’t. Every train teaches us something, whether we’re on it or standing on the platform watching it disappear.

Maybe it’s not about catching every train.

Maybe it’s about trusting yourself enough to know which ones are meant for you, and accepting that the ones you miss may still have something valuable to teach you.

This isn’t really about trains. ✨

May photo dump 🌕✨

A month that began with a Full Moon and ended with one too.

A month of lessons, transformation, beautiful reminders, and finding my way back to my own inner power.

It wasn’t always easy. There were moments that challenged me, moments that asked me to let go, trust more, and step into a new chapter. But looking back, I’m proud of myself for staying committed to what matters most to me, while also making space for something equally important: living.

For meaningful conversations.
For laughter.
For unexpected connections.
For friendship.
For adventure.
For moments of pure joy.

Because healing isn’t only about doing the inner work. It’s also about allowing yourself to experience life.

This month reminded me how much beauty exists when we slow down enough to notice it. In nature, in shared moments, in the people we meet along the way, and in the simple privilege of being fully present.

I feel like I’m closing a chapter and opening a new door. Not becoming someone new, but returning to myself with a little more wisdom, a little more confidence, and a lot more trust.

As always, I’m deeply grateful.

For the lessons.
For the people.
For the memories.
For the growth.

And for the sunshine we’ve been blessed with lately. ☀️

As Fairy Tale Therapies continues to grow, I find myself coming back to the same truth: healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about coming home to yourself.

Wishing you a beautiful start to June, filled with joy, connection, adventure, and plenty of moments outdoors enjoying this wonderful weather. ❤️

With love,

Ana 🧚🏻‍♀️ ✨

Let me reintroduce myself… not as a practitioner, but as a person. ✨

I’m originally from Spain, and ever since I can remember, I’ve been someone who felt life deeply.

I was always social, but never superficial. Somehow, I always ended up with all kinds of people around me. Different ages, backgrounds, personalities, stories. I’ve always been curious about people and what lies beneath the surface.

I cared too much. Gave too much. Thought too much.

For a long time, I thought empathy meant putting everyone else first. One of my biggest lessons has been learning that true empathy has to include yourself too.

I’ve always been intense, emotional, talkative, passionate, impulsive, and painfully honest at times. The kind of person who would speak up when everyone else stayed quiet. The kind of person who got herself into trouble for saying what she really thought.

Not because I wanted to be difficult.

Because I’ve never known how to be anything other than authentic.

Over the years, I’ve learned that being authentic doesn’t mean reacting to everything. I’ve learned how to regulate my nervous system, move out of survival mode, and find grounding within myself.

I’m still intense.
I still feel deeply.
I still care.

The difference is that now I know how to hold space for those parts of me instead of being controlled by them.

And that’s probably the real reason behind the work I do today.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I’ve walked through enough of my own chaos to help others navigate theirs. ❤️

Maybe it’s no coincidence that I’m sharing this under a Sagittarius Full Moon — a moon often associated with truth, authenticity, expansion, and releasing the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that becoming yourself is sometimes the bravest journey of all. 🌕✨

Life can feel heavy sometimes 🤯

Building something meaningful, creating your own path, believing in yourself even when things move slower than expected… it’s not always easy. Sometimes it asks a lot from us emotionally, mentally, financially, and energetically.

And while effort matters, I’ve learned that constantly pushing without pause isn’t always the answer either.

We’re allowed to rest.
We’re allowed to breathe.
We’re allowed to enjoy life while building it.

Joy isn’t laziness.
Fun isn’t irresponsibility.
Taking care of yourself is part of the journey, not a distraction from it.

Because investing in yourself, your wellbeing, your moments of laughter, adventure, or stillness… is also investing in what you’re creating.

Life is balance.

So even when things feel uncertain, I choose not to stop living while I’m figuring it out.

I’ll still dance with life 💫
