✨ 70 Google reviews. Every single one means something. ✨

“No miracles expected, but this is what I got…” 🫠

We don’t promise miracles. Real, lasting change comes from consistency, the right approach, and the work we do together. But if you leave feeling better than when you walked in, we know we’re doing something right. 💜

And on the days when running a business and being a therapist feels harder than usual, feedback like this reminds me exactly why I do what I do.

Thank you for trusting Fairy Tale Therapies. You remind us that the magic is real. 🧚🏻‍♀️✨

Today’s Reiki & Sound Bath at the Art and Spirituality Center was a beautiful experience and a lovely reminder of why I love holding space for others. 💜✨

As a practitioner, arriving prepared for 15 people and welcoming 3 is also a moment that brings up some reflections for me. Behind every session, there is time, energy, intention, preparation and investment, regardless of how many people attend.

I’m sharing this from my personal perspective as a practitioner, not as a criticism of anyone. I deeply believe in making healing spaces accessible to everyone, and I’m grateful for opportunities like this one. At the same time, I believe that our time, energy and dedication deserve to be valued, too. If plans change and you can no longer attend a session, letting the organiser know can make a real difference and allow someone else to take your place. 🧚🏻‍♀️

A heartfelt thank you to the Art and Spirituality Center for creating space for these experiences, and to the three beautiful souls who joined me today. Seeing you leave feeling relaxed and peaceful reminded me of the beauty and purpose of this work. ✨

I’m looking forward to our next FREE session together at the Art and Spirituality Center on November 28th. Details and registration coming soon!

✨ Faith or Hope? ✨

Hope is beautiful, but faith is what moves mountains. 🏔️💫 Hope can keep us dreaming, but faith invites us to believe so deeply that we actually take action. Maybe there comes a moment when hope is all we have left, when we’ve done everything in our hands and must surrender to the universe. But we cannot spend our lives waiting for things to change.

In Spanish, esperanza (hope) carries the word espera (waiting). A beautiful reminder that sometimes, what we call hope can keep us waiting instead of living.

What do you think? Can hope alone transform a world full of injustice, greed and fear, or do we need faith to become the magic we wish to see? 🦋✨

I spent years trying to fit into places I was never meant to shrink myself for.

Too loud. Too sensitive. Too intense. Too much.

The funny thing is, I never tried to stand out. I was simply being myself. Even I did not try to be as noticeable, I was.

But what if the very things I was judged for were the things I was meant to embrace?

For years, I’ve received the same message, through my own inner knowing and other practitioners: I am a spiritual warrior. ⚔️

I’ve fought battles within myself I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I know I am not alone on this. The battle has been with myself my entire life, telling myself terrible things. I’ve healed, unlearned, and reprogrammed the way I relate to myself and the world. I’ve discovered that the Universe I was searching for was also within me.

Now, I want to share that light. To connect, to speak, to create, and to remind others of the power we carry within ourselves.

I’m no longer afraid of walking alone. I’m more afraid of a world that forgets love, empathy, connection, and the magic of thinking beyond what we’ve been taught.

So here’s to the weird ones. The sensitive ones. The ones who never quite fit the mould.

Think big. Dream big. Believe bigger.

Maybe we were never meant to fit in. Maybe we were meant to help the world remember what it has forgotten.

And I’m done making myself smaller to make others comfortable. ❤️‍🔥🐦‍🔥

Your weirdness is your superpower! You are what you want, not what anyone or society taught you to be.

And you?

Our bodies are temples, vessels through which we experience this reality. But beyond our physical form, I believe there is a universal consciousness connecting us all. ✨

We are one, experiencing life through different eyes, different bodies and different stories. Perhaps the ego is what makes us forget this connection, creating the illusion that we are separate from one another and from the world around us.

Whenever I look at something so immense, I’m reminded of how small I am in the grand scheme of things. The world existed before us and will continue long after us. And perhaps our true greatness lies not in who we are as individuals, but in the consciousness we all share.

In a world that often pulls us apart, maybe what we need most is to let go of the ego, reconnect with ourselves, with nature and with one another, and remember that we are all part of something greater. We are not separate. We are one. ♾️✨

Just a little reflection I wanted to share today. 🧚🏻‍♀️

Today, on my birthday, I’m writing this from Budapest Airport on my way back to Edinburgh. ✈️

Three years ago, my life changed completely. Since then, almost everything has changed more times than I can count. But one thing has never changed: my love for life and my determination to keep writing my own story.

For the third year in a row, I’ve spent my birthday on a solo trip. I love discovering the stories of places, but I love creating my own even more. After all, this is my fairy tale.

I’m incredibly grateful for another trip around the sun, for my health, and for the wonderful people who turned this birthday into a true fairy tale — the lovely ladies from Seville, my roommates from India who became family, and everyone I met along the way.

Thank you, Universe. 💜🧚🏻‍♀️

Now it’s time to head home, fill up October’s calendar, and find my balance again, just like a true Libra. ✨

Cheers,

Ana 🥂
