Such a joy to work with Julie & Katie at Circle who do such fantastic work supporting children and their families, if you’re looking for a charity to support please consider them 🙏🩷

Thanks to incredible fundraising by Katie and Cerri, who completed the Scottish Half Marathon 2025 and raised over £1,000, Circle was able to offer osteopathy sessions to parents and babies attending Haven’s Baby Massage groups and Outreach work. Many parents shared concerns about reflux, colic, and other medical issues, and these sessions provided gentle, therapeutic support alongside medical advice.

Working with Amanda Burnham from AB Osteopathy, Edinburgh, 8 parents and 10 babies received over 30 sessions, tailored to individual needs. For babies, treatment was completely baby-led, involving a gentle, light touch and always including parents. Parents also received practical advice on feeding positions and exercises to continue at home.

For parents, sessions focused on their own wellbeing too - using massage, stretches, and exercises to support recovery after birth.

Hi There, Just to let you know that Maelle will be on annual leave in July. We have Margaux here looking after her list while she is away.

My name is Margaux Astic, originally from the French Alps, I moved to the UK couple of years ago to attend the European School of Osteopathy and have recently relocated to Edinburgh, a city that has always captured my interest.
My passion for osteopathy began at the age of 14. Growing up in a region where osteopathy is widely embraced, I saw firsthand how it supports people from all backgrounds in understanding their bodies and maintaining long-term health. I am dedicated to help others in need by accompanying them to achieve their own health goals through help tailored, empathetic care.
I take a holistic and patient-centred approach to treatment, always adapting to the individual needs, concerns and preferences of each person I work with. That is why I use a wide range of osteopathic techniques allowing me to offer truly personalised care. These techniques are such as; soft tissue massage, cranial osteopathy, joint mobilisation and spinal manipulation.
I have a further interest in treating newborns and infants and patients suffering from headaches. Additionally, I am qualified in kinesiology taping, which can support and help manage any sports injuries or for rehabilitation.
