๐Ÿ’œ YOU ARE NOT INVISIBLE - AUSTRIAN ๐Ÿ’œ

You may have seen the launch of the incredible 'You Are Not Invisible' film yesterday.

Created out of true collaboration across multiple stakeholders from the PBC community, the PBC Foundation is proud to be one of 32 participants, including patient advocacy groups, PBC patients, healthcare professionals and industry representatives, to share a powerful message:

You Are Not Invisible.

Alongside the English version of the film shared yesterday, there are a further 20 films available in different languages. You can find these films, including the English version, in a dedicated playlist on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLfuQcObzL5Ps

Additionally, in the coming days we will be highlighting a different version of this film. Today it's the Austrian version: https://youtube.com/shorts/qGStyaeweUs?feature=share

Please take a moment to view these films and share with your network - you never know who may need to see this message today.

You are not invisible ๐Ÿ’œ

This September, for PBC Awareness Month, and beyond, we want every person living with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) โ€“ and every family member, friend and carer alongside them โ€“ to feel seen.

Seen in the symptoms others may not notice.
Seen in the challenges others may not understand.
Seen in the realities of living with and alongside PBC every day.

Thatโ€™s why the global PBC community โ€“ patients, patient organisations, clinicians and industry partners โ€“ is coming together around one simple but powerful message:

You are not invisible.

Different voices with one shared purpose: to listen, understand and make sure the experiences of the PBC community are seen and heard.

Watch and share the film via this link: https://youtube.com/shorts/-ggJkQEJn2A?feature=share

There are 20 further versions of this film in different languages still to come; keep an eye on our social media channels in the coming days when we will share more.

A huge thank you to everyone who has completed the survey about our services so far.

Have you been meaning to complete the survey but just haven't got round to it yet? Maybe you've just got back into the swing of things after the summer and only just seen that there's a new survey? If so, we have good news! There is still time to have your say and weโ€™d love your feedback.

At The PBC Foundation, we are committed to providing the best possible support and services for people affected by PBC.

As well as comparing feedback from previous surveys, we have included some new questions to help us understand what is helping most, what could be improved, and where additional support may be needed.

Your experiences and insights will play an important role in shaping our future services.

Read more here including how to access the survey: https://www.pbcfoundation.international/pbc-foundation-services-survey/

Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
