The Still Point: A Meditation Foundations Course.
In support of Mental Health Awareness Month

We’re offering a short, focused introduction — just two sessions.

We’ll explore:

- The essentials of mindful meditation
- How to understand (not fight) your thinking mind
- Tools you can use every single day

Meditation isn’t about escaping life. It’s about being more present for it.

You don’t need to silence your mind. You just need to learn how to work with it.

Sundays, 31st May & 7th June

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

£60

These tools are game changers. I use them daily to stay afloat — and you can too.

Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿 Love more.

Yoga gives us tools to keep coming home to ourselves—again and again.
To remember the beauty within.
To find victory over the unsettled mind.
And to meet our suffering with love and compassion when it arises.

Through practice, we gain knowledge — vidyā.
Through consistent practice (abhyāsa) and our own sādhanā (spiritual discipline / daily practice), we learn to return to a state of inner balance — so we can show up for ourselves and for others.

We remember we are not alone.
That feeling of separation? It’s an illusion.

Navratri is a charged time to honour the Divine Feminine—and to face our shadow side.

The habits we keep repeating that cause suffering.

To acknowledge them.To heal from them.To offer them back to the Mother.
