In our modern world, with so much at our fingertips, one thing so many of us lack is simply space, space to tame our thoughts, space to tame our emotions, space to tame our behaviours. Delivering online therapies across the UK and face to face therapies from our central location in Edinburgh, we can help you to shift mental blocks, untangle complex emotions, resolve issues, reveal new perspectives and bring you back into balance. As we say goodbye to September I have to take a moment to share my deepest gratitude for the magical weekend I got to share with some truly beautiful souls. A couple of weeks ago I had the honour of receiving the nine rights of the Munay Ki and the 13th right of the womb from the wonderful Annette Graham Annette Graham and its brought me back home to myself.

A year ago I was travelling Peru with this amazing bunch and to be able to reconnect and bring us together in my space was really special.

It has felt like the world is on fire lately and to just pause, come back to my self and reawaken this ancient wisdom has changed me for the better
