Ready for today’s sessions; with Fife strawberries and Tomnah'a Market Garden peas 🫛 for client snacks.

Whether pain relief, digestive issues, fertility or menstrual issues, post surgery recovery, cancer support or dermatological or neurological or autoimmune support or many other issues, there is a peaceful space here in Muthill to discuss everything and make a strategy.

It was brilliant to meet up with Noeleen Malone, Lily Lai and James from our old university Middlesex and see colleagues Louisa, James, Justin, Catherine, Mark, Duncan, Conny and her partner starting a new three year degree school Root and Branch and meeting new and lovely people from the British Acupuncture Council and Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine, so many lovely people, Rev. Deb, Roland, Paul, Ailsa, Maureen, Neil from Aberdeen, the EJOM editor and so many more great folks.

An exciting connection is to A-La Park, a brilliant researcher who will help me collate, at last, all the data from the Five Palms Qi Gong tang Neuro-Central acupressure trial, an incredible lady with many MSc and two PhDs and 281 published papers ☀️🎶🌸👏

We had a fun conference dinner and dance and lots of awards given and new collaborations with the European Journal of Chinese Medicine, the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, The British Acupuncture Accreditation Board to help keep standards safe, professional and properly trained.

I’m so grateful for this community connection whilst I work in Muthill and Edinburgh in my Wellnest Wellbeing practice.
