Pilates is a strengthening exercise regime created to improve core stability, muscle strength and spinal flexibility. Recommended by many physiotherapists and osteopaths as it promotes movement without pain. By improving core strength and stability, it aids healing and rehabilitation, prevents injuries and alleviates back pain.

Everyone is welcome, even if you haven't done any exercise in a while or are recovering from injury, my classes are designed for you. Gentle yet effective movement where i encourage you to work at your own pace.
