Rested and reset, Amelio Fitness is ready to welcome you to our own studio. Personal training and small group circuit classes which will help you work towards your fitness goals. After nearly 2 years at this venue, Amelio Fitness is on the move. The Wellness Barn has been a great location for PT sessions & circuit classes. Gorgeous hillside views on the commute, a definite bonus.

This weekend the new chapter begins. Moving in to our own premises, we’ve got a busy time ahead.

Then after a little summer break, we’ll be set to go again on Monday 15th June at Blackford Business Park, Charterhall Grove, Blackford.

Usual booking system is open. If you’re interested in coming along to a free trial for classes, or to chat over PT sessions, send me a message.

We’re on the move!
After a great couple of years at The Wellness Barn, I am excited to be moving on to my own exercise studio in June. The Wellness Barn, and the staff there, have given me the best start to grow my fitness business. Their flexibility, support and encouragement have enabled me to explore and adapt, and am so grateful to them. And now, it’s time to move on.
From 15th June I’ll be working from my own place in Blackford. All the same classes on offer, and I can’t wait to get started. If our new venue suits you, why not get in touch and arrange a free trial at one of our circuit classes. A great workout in a small & supportive setting. Or if you’re looking for a PT, we can meet for a consultation.
I’m looking forward to opening up to a new community, and welcoming new faces.
